What we collect

When you submit the contact form or call us, we collect the information you provide: name, phone, email, address or city, and a description of what you need. We use that information to return your call or email and to connect you with a tow operator.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, pass the job to a local tow operator, and send any follow-up related to it. We do not sell your contact information. We do not share it with third parties except where required to get you help (for example, the tow operator or roadside partner we connect you with).

Recorded calls

Our line is a recorded line. You hear a greeting first that tells you the call is recorded. After that notice, both sides of the conversation are recorded. The recording can be transcribed so we can call you back accurately and keep a record of what you asked for. Florida requires all-party consent to intercept a phone call (Florida Statute 934.03). Staying on the line after that greeting is how you consent. If you would rather not be recorded, use the contact form instead and we will reply by email.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful to visitors. It loads only after you click Accept on the cookie banner. Until you do, no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google.

When you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser, including _ga and _ga_<id>, used to tell repeat visits apart and measure how the site is used. These cookies last up to two years. Google processes this data on our behalf. We have enabled Google Consent Mode, so analytics stays off until you opt in. We do not use this data to identify you personally and we do not sell it.

Your privacy rights

You can request a copy of any personal information we have about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through our contact form and write "privacy request" in the message, or call (321) 321-9797 and say so on the message. The contact form is the channel we monitor, so it is the fastest way to reach us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

You can opt out of analytics in three ways: click Decline on the cookie banner, use the Your privacy choices link in the footer to re-open the banner and withdraw consent at any time, or enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser. When your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a decline automatically and never load analytics.
